Cabbie Challenge

Welcome to the Change4Life Cabbie Challenge. We want to inspire you to take the first step on the road to a healthier, happier you.
No matter what kind of job you do, it can sometimes seem tricky to eat well and get enough exercise. But for taxi drivers, who are always on the go and working late hours, the challenge can be even tougher.
So, we’re encouraging our cabbies to rise to the challenge and kick start their new year by making some small swaps that make a big difference. But they won’t have to do it alone – we’ll be visiting taxi drivers around Norfolk to offer support and advice.
Didn’t catch one of our visits?
Check out our Cabbie Challenge information sheet or join Change4Life online now to receive a free support pack. And don’t forget to share you success stories with us – simply email Change4Life@norfolk.nhs.uk. We’d love to hear from you.
Not a cabbie?
Show your support for our local taxi drivers and try a few healthy swaps of your own. Why not share your hints and tips next time you jump in a cab?
