New GP Led Health Centre – Contract Negotiation timeline

Tues 25th November	Board agreed decision regarding Preferred Bidder status
Weds 26th November	Pre-contracting negotiations begin with Preferred Bidder
Wednesday 3rd December	Bidders who have not reached Preferred Bidder status notified but final decision not yet made
10 day “standstill period” to elapse to allow time for challenge.
Monday 15th December	Public announcement of successful bidder

NHS Norfolk, as a part of the regional procurement of GP-led health centres, has sought Expressions of Interest for the supply of high quality primary care provision for both registered populations and walk-in services.

All potential bidders will be sent a Pre-Qualifying Questionnaire (PQQ). Following this stage of the procurement process, suitable potential providers will be sent an Invitation to Tender.

Neither NHS Norfolk nor potential providers will be obligated to further commitment as a result of initial Expressions of Interest.
