Health Services For Patients In Norfolk

Calls for Expression of Interest for the provision of:

1. Stroke Rehabilitation Service
2. Orthopaedic Clinical Assessment and Treatment Services (CATS)

for the patients of NHS Norfolk.

Conditions of Participation
Organisations should submit an expression of interest in writing entitled “Provision of Orthopaedic Clinical Assessment and Treatment Services (CATS)” or “Provision of Stroke Services”. Your response must specify your organisation’s name and full contact details.

A Pre-Qualification Questionnaire (PQQ) will then be sent electronically unless a paper copy is specifically requested. The information in the PQQ will be used to evaluate the responses and draw up a shortlist for the invitation to tender stage. A further selection process will then be undertaken which will involve an interview and presentation. Specifications are available at: www.norfolk.nhs.uk

The deadline for submitting the completed PQQ was 12 noon on Monday 5th November 2007. Any bidder failing to provide the information requested by the closing date may be disqualified.
