Norfolk and Suffolk Transitional Workforce Group
Shaping our workforce, educating our people, transforming lives.
The Norfolk and Suffolk Transitional Workforce Group is a stakeholder organisation led by a steering group which is charged with steering, governing and performance managing the strategic workforce agenda across the Norfolk and Waveney health and social care community. The membership is drawn from local NHS organisations, NHS East of England, Norfolk Social Services, Learning & Skills Council, Skills for Health, Trade Unions and education providers.
To deliver our work we are bringing together service providers and service commissioners from across the county in a number of stakeholder events and subgroups. Each subgroup has a particular remit but the intention is that they all work together to plan and develop the health care workforce across the county.
