Procurement to commission primary medical services at Terrington St. John (West Norfolk)

Further to our initial announcement, NHS Norfolk is seeking an innovative Provider to offer a range of high quality primary medical and enhanced services for a GP Surgery in West Norfolk serving approximately 7,000 patients.

The Memorandum of Information (MOI) together with the Service Specification below provides an overview of the procurement together with sufficient information to make an informed decision on whether Providers wish to participate.

Interested parties should complete the Pre-Qualification Questionnaire (PQQ) below which must be submitted by email to NHS Norfolk no later than 5pm on Friday 16th April 2010. It is envisaged that the Invitation to Tender (ITT) will be issued on 28th April 2010 with service commencement November 2010.
