Your services
NHS Norfolk is responsible for ensuring that NHS services are available for people in Norfolk (excluding Great Yarmouth). Some services are available from independent contractors, such as GPs, dentists, opticians and pharmacists. There are also services provided by other organisations – mainly NHS Trusts, but also the voluntary sector.
The Search for local services section will help you identify your nearest service or self-help group.
We know it can sometimes be difficult to decide what kind of help you need when you or your family have a health problem. There are lots of health services available locally so it’s important to know where to go. The Choose Well section will help you to make the right choice of service.
If you have difficulty getting the services you think you need or are not sure about how to access services, you can talk to the NHS Norfolk Patient Advice and Liaison Service on 0800 587 4132 or email pals@norfolk.nhs.uk
